What goes on the quotation
Facts first, in writing
Quality starts with a written specification. Every check after that is made against it.
- Identity — botanical name, plant part and form.
- Grade — moisture, mesh or cut, and active content where it applies.
- Tests — the lot is tested against the agreed parameters before it ships; you can approve a sample first.
- Documents — specification sheet, test report, invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin and phytosanitary certificate.

From enquiry to shipment
Enquiry
Send the product, grade, quantity and destination.
Quotation and sample
You receive a written specification and price, and a sample if you need one.
Order and testing
A proforma invoice confirms the order. The lot is tested and packed to your specification.
Shipment
Goods ship FOB from India or CFR/CIF to your port, with the export documents.
USA & Mexico
Supplying importers in the USA and Mexico
The United States and Mexico are our main markets. We supply herbs, spices, Ayurvedic ingredients and planting seeds from Jaipur, India, to importers, distributors, brands and growers in both countries.
We quote FOB from an Indian port, or CFR and CIF to your port: for example Los Angeles, Houston or New York in the USA, and Manzanillo or Veracruz in Mexico. Each quotation states the specification, the packing and the documents for your shipment: commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin and phytosanitary certificate.
